Goal 1. Integrate cutting-edge interprofessional education experiences and outcomes assessment across CHP.
- 1.1 Add innovative didactic, clinical and/or co-curricular opportunities for enhanced interprofessional learning.
- 1.2 Design and implement a system for college-wide assessment of interprofessional education outcomes.
Goal 2. Increase student success (retention, graduation rates, timely completion) and advance student, staff and faculty well-being.
- 2.1 Identify and implement program and college-level initiatives designed to support student success.
- 2.2 Advance best-practice, innovative, and inclusive approaches to teaching, learning, advising and student support.
- 2.3 Advance a culture and environment of wellness and flourishing for faculty, staff and students in CHP.
Goal 3. Develop new programs and optimize existing academic and research programs.
- 3.1 Increase and enhance CHP marketing efforts.
- 3.2 Strengthen existing student pathway programs and explore additional partnerships.
- 3.3 Develop and launch new degree programs and explore non-credit courses and credentials.
- 3.4 Strengthen the research infrastructure within CHP.
Goal 4. Advance an inclusive college culture and promote health and equity.
- 4.1 Diversify the healthcare workforce by implementing practices that promote access and equity in student recruitment, admissions and retention.
- 4.2 Assess and strengthen curriculum designed to prepare students to effectively serve diverse populations and promote health equity.
- 4.3 Identify and implement a set of metrics to evaluate the extent and effectiveness of inclusive teaching practices across the College.
- 4.4 Remove barriers to the hiring, retention and promotion of diverse faculty and staff.
