Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. (Must be complete prior to matriculation.)
A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 is required.
GRE
No GRE scores are required.
TOEFL
If you earned a bachelor’s degree from outside the U.S. and/or you do not hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, you are required to demonstrate proof of English proficiency via an official TOEFL report that includes a total score and category scores in reading, writing, listening and speaking. (The TOEFL requirement may be waived if you have been a full-time student at a U.S. college or university for at least two consecutive years, or if you are from a country in which English is a primary language.)

Transfer Credit Policy
The Master of Science in Health Administration program will accept up to nine quarter hours of credits earned from an external institution. An admitted student may request transfer credit by meeting the following conditions.
The student must:
- Demonstrate that the course(s) meets and/or contains equivalent core learning competencies for the requested transfer. This must be shown through a course syllabus and/or other official course material.
- Have earned the credit from an accredited college or university at the graduate level.
- Have earned a final course grade of B or better for the course requesting to transfer. (RFU will accept a Pass grade if the course is graded only on a pass-fail basis.)
Credits earned in an RFUMS graduate certificate program may also be considered for transfer as core or elective credits. For internal RFUMS transfer credits, the total number may exceed nine credit hours. However, previously taken internal courses must be deemed as satisfying the master’s degree requirements for the Health Administration program.
Personal Statement
The personal statement should address personal, professional and/or educational experiences that provide the Admissions Committee with insight into your professional goals. The statement should also explain how you would like to utilize this online educational program to support your future endeavors.
