1. Review the Application Requirements

   • If you are a graduate of a degree or certificate program at 无码群交 of Medicine and Science, please complete the Alumni Application.
   • If you are a current student of 无码群交 scheduled to earn a degree or certificate prior to enrolling in the DNP: PMHNP program, please complete the Alumni Application.
2. Submit an Application & Fee
   • Early application is strongly encouraged.

3. Submit Official Transcripts
   • Official transcripts from each college, university or community college previously attended must be submitted directly through .
   • Only official transcripts will be accepted.
   • If you have studied outside the U.S., you will need to have your transcripts evaluated for U.S. equivalency using a service like www.wes.org or .
4. Submit Letters of Recommendation
   • Submit up to three references (one minimum) from individuals are able to attest to the candidate’s academic or clinical performance. References must include a professor or faculty member from your nursing education program, nursing work supervisor (i.e. the person responsible for your annual nursing employment performance review), and/or a healthcare professional who you engaged with as part of a patient-centered interprofessional team.
