The 无码群交 of Medicine and Science (RFUMS) College of Pharmacy Teaching Certificate program is designed to educate participants on a variety of topics relevant to a career in clinical pharmacy and education. This includes attendance and participation in a lecture series on pedagogy topics. In addition formal teaching experience is required including didactic teaching, small group discussion, pharmacy skills laboratory facilitation, interprofessional simulations, and student precepting.
This Residency Teaching Certificate Program is intended for both Post Graduate Year (PGY) 1, PGY-2 residents and fellows associated with RFUMS College of Pharmacy. New faculty and preceptors are also invited to attend.
The Pharmacy Teaching Certificate Program at RFUMS provides a premiere educational program addressing the needs of pharmacy postgraduate residency programs affiliated with the University.
Upon completion of the program the participant will have gained insight into pharmacy education. The resident will be better equipped to teach, precept, and actively participate in scholarship. The program will help participants become future leaders in the profession of pharmacy.
