Franklin McShane, DNP, CRNA, APNP

Dr. Franklin McShane is a CRNA and a DNP. He was awarded his Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2011 from the University of Minnesota, his MSN from the University of Texas/Houston in 1995, and his BSN from University of Massachusetts/Amherst in 1985. His extensive experience includes serving as both a Nurse Anesthetist and as an Assistant Program Director in various locations for the United States Army, as well as a Nurse Anesthetist in private practice. Dr. McShane was the Vice President for a private practice anesthesia group in Wisconsin, as well as President of the Wisconsin Associate of Nurse Anesthetists.

Dr. McShane is the author of numerous articles in professional journals, and has been repeatedly invited as a presenter for the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. He served as a preceptor and Clinical Coordinator for Nurse Anesthesia Program students at Berlin Memorial Hospital in Berlin, Wisconsin.
