Dr. Hannah Graham grew up in Denver, CO and attended Valparaiso University for her undergraduate degree. She earned her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. After several years working as a family medicine physician, she started working at the Adult Down Syndrome Center where she specializes in caring for patients 12 and older with Down syndrome. She also works with residents and medical students, teaching general family medicine and how to provide care for people with intellectual disabilities.
Dr. Graham is passionate about making the world a better place and celebrating disabilities. She enjoys sharing these passions with other medical professionals. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and four children (one of whom has Down syndrome).
